Our Team development program complements your school curriculum with experiential team based learning. The activities we have chosen for this program cultivate the skills of teamwork, communication, problem solving, resilience and decision making. Our aim is for your students to leave Nanga with these skills and more confidence to grow together.
From team games and raft building to orienteering, every activity is adapted to your year level, learning needs and goals. Briefings, guided learning and a reflection after each activity help the lessons stick, so students come home with more than great memories.
