TEAM BUILDING

TEAM BUILDING

ACTIVITY

Held right outside each accommodation, Team Building brings a series of fun, giggle-inducing games for any age and skill set. The real challenge isn’t strength or speed. Students have to listen closely, think outside the box and spot the tools and clues already in front of them, instead of waiting to be told exactly what to do. Along the way they build problem solving, communication, teamwork and trust. It’s playful on the surface, but the lessons tend to stick.

Duration: Allow 1.5 to 2 hours

  • Games built around a laugh, but designed to teach something along the way.

    • A range of fun challenges held just outside each accommodation.

    • Suited to any age and skill set, no particular experience needed.

    • Success often comes down to listening carefully and thinking creatively, not just working hard.

    • Instructors set the challenge, then step back and let teams work out their own solutions.

The best moments usually come from the "aha" realisation, when a team spots the answer was in front of them the whole time.

  • Plenty of laughs, still held within a safe, supervised space.

    • Always supervised by instructors throughout.

    • Appropriate clothing and closed-in footwear worn to complete each activity.

The games are light-hearted, but safety is never an afterthought.

  • A few practical things before the day.

    • Appropriate clothing and closed-in footwear required.

    • Suitable for a wide range of ages and skill sets.
